You are permitted to hold only one account with siap33. Multiple accounts, also known as duplicate accounts, are strictly forbidden. If we detect multiple accounts registered under your name or linked to your payment methods, IP address, device, or household, all accounts will be suspended, and any funds, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited.
To create an account with siap33, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must create a unique username and secure password for your account.

siap33 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but cumulative monthly deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and tier level. Deposits are typically processed instantly for major banks and e-wallets, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking hours.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request additional documentation verifying ownership of any payment method used on your account. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or service fees over which we have no control. You are responsible for all such fees charged by third-party payment processors.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Processing times vary: verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1-4 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), while first-time withdrawals or large-amount withdrawals may require up to 24 hours for security review.

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. siap33 reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal request that we determine to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or subject to bonus abuse.
Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible siap33 members as determined by our marketing team. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and may include factors such as account verification status, deposit history, gaming activity, and account tier. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before withdrawal becomes available, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, deposit amount, or both. For example, a bonus with a "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified: slots contribute 100%, live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10-20%, sports betting contributions vary by odds, and some games may be entirely excluded from bonus play. Playing excluded games with active bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and all other betting details before confirming any wager. Technical errors, misclicks, or accidental submissions do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the respective sports governing bodies or data providers. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealers. If a game or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport or game type will apply as outlined in our comprehensive betting rules available on the platform.
In the event of software errors, display malfunctions, incorrect odds, or any other technical malfunction that affects game or betting outcomes, siap33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. If a malfunction results in incorrect winnings being credited to your account, we reserve the right to correct the error by deducting the incorrect amount. Upon account termination for violation of these Terms & Conditions, siap33 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawable balance, confiscate pending withdrawals, and void all active bonuses and winnings. In cases of fraud or abuse, we may pursue legal action and report the matter to relevant authorities. Our decision regarding account termination and fund forfeiture is final and not subject to appeal.
All content on siap33, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game content, is the property of siap33 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to cease using the platform and close your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless siap33, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and practices applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of siap33 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
In the event that negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs in the arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and siap33 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
